After I select a grade level, why do the results often indicate a different grade level?

You have selected a particular set of standards connected to a grade level in Oregon. Your search results include lessons that match the concepts of the grade and strand you have selected in Oregon; the same concept might not be placed at the same grade level in the various standards nationwide. For example, if grade 5 is selected, some results might indicate grades K-2. This is not a mistake. The K-2 lesson that appeared matches an Oregon 5th-grade standard.

What is "Expand Search"?

This action performs a keyword search using the keywords associated with the lessons you have already found (click "Display full record" to see the keywords). The results are expanded to include all lessons for that subject having one or more of the same keywords. However, they will not all correlate exactly with an Oregon content standard.
